**irk - islamic revealed knowledge. a subject we learned in iium. in orthopaedic posting, we learnt how to perform wudhu' n prayer with all sorts of cast. in order to teach patients, we must learn 'em first, in a practical way of learning. it's fun way to learn, better than in class room.

1-2: below knee amputation. end up with solat sambil duduk.
3-4: fracture right tibia. susah tuh nk amek wudhu'
5-6: fracture head of femur in elderly. tayamum sket. ahaks.
7-8: knee brace (capin, hg patah apa ah?)
9-10: makcik diabetic. mcm kenal jaa haha...
11-12:pakcik sakit tulang belakang. asyek senyum jerrr
